2. Deliberate disconnections or interruptions to gain an advantage are considered cheating.

Fairness and Respect:

1. Players must treat each other with respect and refrain from using profane, vulgar, or abusive language in chat or usernames.

Anti-Cheating Measures:

1. JEB Rummy employs automated systems and manual checks to detect and prevent cheating.
2. Suspicious activities or violations of fair play will be investigated, and appropriate actions will be taken, including but not limited to warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans.

Penalties for Violations:

1. Penalties for violating the fair play policy may include warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans from the platform.
2. Any winnings obtained through cheating or unfair means are liable to be forfeited.

Review

1. Players may seek review of any decision to suspend or ban any account or forfeit winnings by contacting our support team. Such requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and JEB Rummy shall endeavour to reply to such requests within 15 working days.

Reporting Cheating:

1. If you suspect cheating or unfair play, please report it to our support team for investigation.
